Filters
One of the most important parts in your AC maintenance is replacing the filter frequently. Clogged filter can cause the following:
- Restrict the indoor coil.
- Decrease the airflow.
- Decrease the cooling.
- Damage the compressor.
- Create a water leak.
- Dust damage to the AHU and duct.
AC filter should be changed about once a month.
